Rockland High School is proud to welcome the following new faculty members for the 2018-2019 school year:
Mr. Bryan Conklin, Construction Technology Teacher
Mr. Bryan Conklin has experience in industry and as a construction technology teacher. Mr. Conklin has worked as the Director of North American Operations for Trixter North America as well as taught at Beverly High School, Franklin Institute of Technology, and Hull School. Mr. Conklin earned his Bachelor’s degree from Keene State College, majoring in Product Design.
Mr. Peter Harrison, Alternative Program Teacher
Mr. Peter Harrison is a graduate of Rockland High School and Bridgewater State University. Mr Harrison will be teaching in the Alternative Program. He has previously taught at Cardinal Cushing Center in Hanover. He is also an assistant wrestling coach and assistant football coach at Rockland High School.
Ms. Eileen Hart, Long-Term Spanish Teacher (for Ms. Palmer)
Ms. Eileen Hart has been a highly successful long-term substitute Spanish teacher since her retirement from the Dedham Public Schools in 2008. Ms. Hart is a graduate of Boston College and later earned her Masters in Education from Lesley College.
Mr. Liubomir Iordanov, Science Teacher
Mr. Liubomir Iordanov graduated from Rensselar Polytechnic Institute with his Masters of Science in Chemistry. He has recently worked in the Brookline Public Schools and has recently taught in their summer school program. Mr. Iordanov will teach Chemistry, Physics, and Engineering this year.
